Using our services and website.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or booking a project, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or services.

Services

We provide home repairs, renovations, remodeling, installations, maintenance, design assistance, and related home improvement services. The availability and scope of each service may vary depending on the property and project requirements.

Project Scope

Before work begins, the agreed scope, materials, estimated timeline, and applicable charges will be outlined in a quote, work order, or other written agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project requirements. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and informing the service team about known hazards, restrictions, pets, or special conditions.

Property Access

Reasonable access to the relevant areas of the property must be available at the agreed time. Delayed, restricted, or unavailable access may affect scheduling, completion times, or additional service costs.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared. Final pricing may change if hidden conditions, structural issues, material changes, or additional work are discovered during the project.

Additional Work

Any work outside the original scope should be discussed and approved before it is performed. Additional materials, labor, or services may result in additional charges based on the agreed changes.

Payments

Payment terms, required deposits, milestones, and final balances will follow the applicable written quote or service agreement. Any unpaid balance may affect scheduling, continuation, or completion of the project.

Scheduling

Service dates and estimated completion times are arranged in advance whenever possible. Weather, material availability, inspections, property conditions, or circumstances outside reasonable control may require schedule changes.

Materials and Products

Materials and products may be selected based on availability, project requirements, specifications, and customer preferences. Equivalent alternatives may be proposed when a requested product is unavailable or discontinued.

Customer-Provided Materials

If you provide materials, fixtures, appliances, or other products for installation, responsibility for their condition, compatibility, suitability, and manufacturer warranty generally remains with you or the product manufacturer.

Workmanship and Warranty

Applicable workmanship warranties, if any, will be described in the relevant service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to eligible products and equipment. Website information does not guarantee a particular project outcome.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage, defects, deterioration, code issues, or other conditions that existed before work began. Newly discovered conditions may require additional work, materials, time, or charges.

Permits and Inspections

Some projects may require permits, inspections, approvals, or compliance with local requirements. Where applicable, responsibilities for obtaining or coordinating these requirements will be established as part of the project agreement.

Safety and Work Areas

You agree to keep children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from active work areas. Work may be paused if unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, or other circumstances create a reasonable safety concern.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Service appointments and projects may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the applicable agreement. Charges may apply for completed work, purchased materials, special orders, or other costs already incurred.

Termination

Either party may end a project where permitted by the applicable agreement or law. Amounts owed for completed work, approved changes, purchased materials, or other agreed costs remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from a service will be limited to the amount permitted under the applicable agreement. We are not responsible for indirect losses or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Third-Party Products and Services

Some projects may involve products, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, or other third parties. Their services and products may be subject to separate terms, warranties, limitations, and policies.
